This album is me revisiting some of my favorite instrumentals of all time by Aquarius Minded with practically all first take, one take freestyles and freeverses I originally created in 2-3 days over these holidays... my purpose with this is to recreate a tapestry of completely different but eerily reminiscent and evocative poems in honor of Imani Greene of S.H.I.E.L.D, and all the Iman(i)s of the diaspora, you are polymath artivists and prodigies who have time and time again surprised me...

Imani in Swahili means 'Have Faith in Yourself' among a much more complex and polymorphic semantic field.
