This entire album was written, recorded, mixed and mastered in less than 2 hours as a theoretical project to see if I could manage it. Each poem was written in 10 minutes or less, then was recorded, mixed AND mastered also in 10 minutes or less, hence the title. In case anyone ever asks and says this is impossible, there were many witnesses to all of this; much Love to the Uni-Verse poetry collective of the University of Alberta for coming up with the 10 minutes idea and fostering the creative group sessions, and to all my fam like Sr'ReaL, Stella Raven, Mr. Kou, Aladan & beyond for sitting through these sessions with me and keeping count of the time or working on other 1 day projects as well. There are 4 double tracks on here that were custom made by BIZI Beats for this project, Much Love to the legend for doing this; the double tracks represent the symbolic and literal side of the duality of the seen and unseen, real and surreal, male and female aspects of shamanism in humanity, and the concept of being two spirit. These are quite literally speaking, two spirit songs.
